Recipe One

Greek Yogurt dip with pesto and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1.5 TBSP Pesto
  • 1/4 cup Smoked sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 1/3 Pine nuts, toasted
  • Basil
  • Pita chips
  • Hightened THC Olive Oil

Dirty Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce olive brine
  • Garnish: 2 to 4 olives
  • Hightened THC Olive Oil

Tomato, Peach & Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • Basil
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sticky balsamic glaze
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp flakey sea salt
  • 1/4 tsbp black pepper
  • 125 g burrata
  • fresh basil to serve
  • Sliced sourdough
  • Hightened THC Olive Oil

Recipe One

Greek Yogurt dip with pesto and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1.5 TBSP Pesto
  • 1/4 cup Smoked sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 1/3 Pine nuts, toasted
  • Basil
  • Pita chips
  • Hightened THC Olive Oil

Steps

  • 1. Spread Greek-yogurt in the base of the bowl, layering the dollops of pesto and smoked sun-dried tomatoes on top
  • 2. Sprinkle the pine-nuts and basil on top
  • 3. Double strain through fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. 
  • 4. Garnish with a skewer of olives.
  • 5. Highten your dish with you preferred dose of Hightened’s THC Extra-Virgin Olive oil.

Recipe Two

Dirty Martini

  • 2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce olive brine
  • Garnish: 2 to 4 olives

Steps

  • 1. Add the gin or vodka, vermouth and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
  • 3. Double strain through fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. 
  • 4. Garnish with a skewer of olives.
  • 5. Highten your drink with you preferred dose of Hightened’s Olive oil. 

Recipe Three

Tomato, Peach & Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • Basil
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sticky balsamic glaze
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp flakey sea salt
  • 1/4 tsbp black pepper
  • 125 g burrata
  • fresh basil to serve
  • Sliced sourdough
  • Hightened THC Olive Oil

Steps

  • 1. Drizzle each side of your sourdough slice with olive oil and place into a cast iron pan. Cook on a very low heat for roughly 10 - 15 minutes each side. 

  • 2. Layer the basil, tomatoes, peach and burrata on a plate
  • 3. Garnish with parsely, sea salt and pepper and drizzle the sticky balsamic glaze to serve.
  • 4. Serve on pieces of olive oil fried sourdough. 
  • 5. Highten your dish with you preferred dose of Hightened’s THC Extra-Virgin Olive oil.
